DIHOC DENZEL GHANA LIMITED formally inaugurated.

ACCRA, April 2022, DIHOC DENZEL GHANA LIMITED, the special purpose vehicle created by the Defence Industries Holding Company (DIHOC) Limited and Denzel Logistics Limited, was formally inaugurated today in Accra.

The inauguration establishes the governance structure through which the Restore Ghana Project will be executed: state oversight anchored by DIHOC’s public‑interest mandate, fused with the commercial tempo and maritime logistics capability of Denzel Logistics.

Speaking at the inauguration, the venture’s leadership emphasised that the SPV is built as an institution rather than a campaign, designed to carry a multi‑phase, multi‑decade mandate across political seasons, with certified environmental impact assessments and partnership with regulators, Municipal Assemblies, and Traditional Authorities embedded in its operating model.

Initial reconnaissance of the target river basins, the Offin, the Pra, and the Ankobra, commences in the coming months.
