When the Defence Industries Holding Company (DIHOC) Limited and Denzel Logistics Limited created this venture in 2022, we began with a simple conviction: that Ghana’s rivers, restored and protected, could once again power the communities, farms, and economies built along them.
A decade of crackdowns taught the nation what enforcement alone cannot do. So we built something different, a single accountable institution that pairs the discipline of a defence establishment with world‑class marine logistics, and pairs every kilometre of dredging with livelihoods, forests, and community ownership designed to outlast the machines.

The Restore Ghana Project is an industrial environmental remediation programme. We assess, dredge, restore, and sustain, converting Ghana’s most damaged rivers back into working national infrastructure.
