ACCRA, March 2023, DIHOC DENZEL GHANA LIMITED has concluded land reconnaissance and pre‑feasibility studies for the Restore Ghana Project, completing the evidence base assembled since the venture’s inauguration in April 2022.

The studies integrate field reconnaissance across the Offin, Pra, and Ankobra basins with technical assessments of dredging methodologies, sediment handling, riverbank stabilization, and the economic interventions that will accompany restoration in each operating area.

On the strength of this work, formal proposals have been prepared for submission to the Environmental Protection Agency and the relevant sector ministries, covering environmental impact assessment, regulatory approvals, and the phased implementation plan beginning with the River Offin pilot.

The venture extends its appreciation to the community leaders, Municipal Assemblies, and traditional authorities whose cooperation has shaped the programme’s design, and whose partnership will anchor its delivery.
